We’ve upgraded our statement-to-spreadsheet converter to deliver our most accurate conversions yet. Using a new and improved architecture, it understands and extracts transaction data more like a human would, making it easier than ever to convert PDF files to CSV or Excel.
This upgrade improves how accurately dates and date formats are interpreted, ensures debits and credits are correctly identified, and allows the system to handle complex or inconsistent statement layouts with greater confidence. That said, our PDF to Excel converter can only work with what it can see—if a document is poorly scanned or contains illegible text, accuracy may be impacted, just as it would be for a human reviewer.

We’ve also made reviewing your results much easier, reducing the need for manual fixes. The CSV editor now includes a new footer that displays Money In and Money Out exactly as shown in the bank statement summary. Extracted transactions are automatically totaled and compared against the statement summary to confirm everything was captured correctly. If the totals match, a green checkmark indicates the extraction is complete and accurate. If they don’t, a red X signals that something needs review—either in the transactions or the statement summary.
To make navigation even faster, a new search filter has been added to the CSV editor toolbar, so you can quickly find specific transactions or check for missing entries after you convert PDF to CSV.

With our upgraded PDF to Excel and CSV converter, you can confidently convert PDF files to CSV or Excel, even for complex statements. Improved accuracy, smarter extraction, and enhanced review tools mean less manual work and more reliable data at your fingertips.
