Dropbox – Troubleshooting Syncing

Scenario: You have documents in Dropbox that are not yet in the LedgerDocs Inbox.

    1. Create a temporary folder outside of your Dropbox

    2. Move files from your Dropbox folder to the temp folder. Wait for Dropbox icon on your computer to show the green check mark. 

    3. Move files back to Dropbox from temp folder. 

    4. Dropbox and LedgerDocs should start syncing again

One reason why your Dropbox may fail to sync with LedgerDocs is that you have exceeded your storage capacity in Dropbox . Please ensure you have adequate space in your Dropbox account.
