Brand New Help Center is Now Live!


We are excited to launch the new and improved version of our Help Center.

It’s designed to provide fast and easy access to all the information you need to get started and make the most out of LedgerDocs.

The information is organized so you have everything accessible at your fingertips and at your own pace.

Over time, we realized that account owners, accountants and bookkeepers all have different needs and habits when they use LedgerDocs compared to invited users.

Therefore, our support articles are now separated into 2 categories:

Accountants / Bookkeepers Help Center is the place for LedgerDocs account owners. This category includes everything you can do in LedgerDocs, from basic features such as uploading documents to more advanced ones such as managing clients and replicating a company folder structure.

Clients Help Center on the other hand is more limited in scope since it only covers features that invited users have access to. Having this separation means that you won’t waste your time sifting through articles only to realize the article you have found does not even apply to you.
