Once you have set up your ScanSnap to scan directly to LedgerDocs, you’re on your way to one-touch scanning without the need for a computer or mobile device.
LedgerDocs allows you to set a destination company you are scanning to and before you start scanning, you will want to ensure you are scanning to the correct company.
You can change the destination company your ScanSnap scans to in LedgerDocs very easily.
From within LedgerDocs, go to your User Settings.
Then, change the destination company and Click Save. You can go back and forth between companies when scanning files from your ScanSnap to LedgerDocs.
