In addition to the most common document formats (images and PDF’s), you can also store other document formats in LedgerDocs. These include DOC, XLS, ZIP, CSV, QBB, and CAB files.
To view the contents of the non image or PDF documents, click on the Download button and save them to your local hard drive.
For example, if you have a Word or Excel document and wish to open and edit the contents, download to your PC and open in a local copy of Microsoft Office.
You can use LedgerDocs as a backup repository for backup files of desktop accounting apps, like QuickBooks or Sage.
