There are couple of things you need to check before you can start fetching your statements with RBC in LedgerDocs.
First, make sure eDocuments are enabled for your account. You can check out RBC’s article about eDocuments by clicking here. You can find the instructions to enable eDocuments under “Switching to eDocuments” > “How do I switch to eDocuments”.
If you need to fetch statements for your client, or if your bank feeds will be fetched by someone other than you (Your bookkeeper or another member of your staff), you will need to add that person’s phone number as a secondary phone number in the RBC account. You can do this by logging in to RBC online banking and then navigating to Profile > Phone > Add a phone number just like the screenshot below:
